 iDome’s outdoor unit is the companion piece to the audio phone. Now, you can modernize your house’s traditional doorbell by installing an audio doorbell by the entrance. This specific unit supports only one user, but you can choose different models that can link up to 4 different users on a single outdoor unit.

The 2 Wired Audio Handsfree Intercom is a cost-effective option for upgrading your home’s lock. You don’t even have to do much for installation. The outdoor and the phone requires you to follow rudimentary steps for installation and usage.

The outdoor unit connects a visitor outside your home to the audio phone, allowing the two of you to communicate without requiring you to open and unlock the door. The audio phone has a convenient unlock button connected to the outdoor unit that triggers the outdoor unit to unlock the door.

The design of the outdoor unit is incredibly sleek and efficient. The unit supports a metallic frame body that lets it last reliably for years. If that’s not enough, the inner components of the outdoor unit are well protected. The outdoor unit has an IP65 waterproof rating, meaning it can easily survive and operate in the rain. It comes with a name tag for you to specify each user’s name.

The 2-wire connection allows the outdoor unit to establish long-distance transmission greater than 200 meters. It has a central power supply with only 2 wires to connect both devices. The design of the outdoor unit even incorporates a bright LED light to indicate when the communication starts.
