EP-280U Magnetic Lock Bracket

This wonderful magnetic lock is designed specifically for use on glass doors, and it also functions as a clamp. It is a door clip in the form of a U that is built completely out of aluminum alloy. You may choose one of two distinct styles, which can be purchased as a single item or double. It has a long life and is durable; it will not break even when subjected to pressure.

The electromagnetic lock is designed to resist tampering by being both small and well-built with excellent metal. In addition, the shell and frame of the lock have been treated with a special multi-layer chrome plating process. This makes them more resistant to corrosion and rust and helps them last longer.

In order to complete the effects on this magnetic lock, we employed a flashing silver sandblasting technique. It is an improved version of our standard u-shaped product. It has an edge protection bracket with a rubber and metal gasket. In addition, iron sheets and rubber gaskets are included in the construction of the door clip in order to protect the glass from being damaged during the installation process. 

When clapped for an extended period of time, this innovative and improved technology guarantees that the glass will not easily break off. Because it is hexagonal in shape, this magnetic clamp makes it simple to place screws inside of it. This portion of the lock is user-friendly and simple to put in place.

The magnetic lock only comes in at a very light 0.32 kilograms in weight. It can function in temperatures ranging from -30 degrees centigrade to +55 degrees centigrade, so it won't overheat or become unusable in colder climates.
